Fwiw, not sure who all is out there other than the people I directly know that I played lotro with but the expansion is pretty good so far. The stat cap removal has turned out to be really interesting in building your toon.
Minnies are ridiculously OP in DPS and healing is more interesting than it was for sure, you can do a ton with buffs for the group while still healing.
RK fire line is insane, aoe components added too which make for lots of fun. Can burn a ~15K mob down in a couple of seconds, literally just melt them.

Burg is level 70 atm so I have not really seen it come into it's own yet.
Champ I can't wait to level as they are once again amazing
Hunter, it's there, i'll move it to 75 eventually but I just never liked the class.
New instance cluster coming in a month or less iirc, plenty of time to get something leveled up quick and join the fun if anyone is bored or just wants me to get them lost.
LMs are ridiculous in pvp too, that was the funniest conversation the other night Horb.
