Whut is from Rift. He is close personal friends with both Vihar and Laz.

Doesn't matter. Forum first, and in game access later is the rule. Everyone is usually a friend of someone, it's still important to try and follow the steps to the best of our abilities. Things become messy very quickly otherwise.

I've done the same thing with my wife and kids.

1. I never once filled out an application.
2. Whut has been a participating member since about June or July.

Your situation was different, that was a merger of sorts.

Otherwise rule is forum app first then in game approval.

Not trying to be an ass or anything. It's just easier to handle the multi game part of things if everything is done in the same way over all chapters. I'm pretty anal about these things, but that's because we had to try and straighten things out on our old forum a few years back after things had been lax. It was a nightmate. I'm sure Sakyo can tell you stories that will curl your hair. ;)
